Accounts
Provide accurate name, username, and email. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
License
A limited, personal, revocable license to use the App; all other rights are reserved.
User Content; Photos & Faces
- You own your content; you grant us a limited license to operate the App.
- No facial recognition or biometric analysis; one‑time, ephemeral processing.
- Default local storage; not used for training or marketing.
Location Features
With permission, we may use precise or approximate location. Accuracy is not guaranteed and may vary.
Community & Safety
Do not trespass or engage in unsafe acts. Follow laws, posted rules, and safety guidelines.
Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal, infringing, hateful, or unsafe content
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or security circumvention
- Interference, spam, impersonation, or unauthorized promotions
IP, Third‑Party Services, Feedback
We own the App IP. Third‑party services have their own terms. Feedback may be used without obligation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate for violations or risks. Some provisions survive termination.
Disclaimers & Liability

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Seeya Team for losses arising from your misuse or violations.
Governing Law & Arbitration
Governed by the laws of the principal place of business of Seeya Team. Binding arbitration under recognized rules; seat in that principal place. No jury or class actions. Equitable relief carve‑out applies.
Export & Sanctions
You will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and are not on restricted lists.
